My name is Justin Pennell. I am from Woodbury, Connecticut and I am a freshman at Nichols College. I plan on playing baseball for the school in the spring. I have been playing baseball all of my life and decided that I would try and take my talents and play here at the school. My life is basically made up of baseball and music. I mainly listen to hip hop/rap, and have been to many concerts here in the Boston area. I am also a die hard St. Louis Cardinals fan who won the World Series this year. I havent been that excited in a while. On an NFL stand point, Tampa Bay Buccanneers are my team considering I was born and raised in the Tampa, Florida area. Also, I am majoring in Business Management and want to follow in my father's footsteps who is a Senior Project Manager for a construction company.
Since we are only beginning this course now, im not sure what to expect yet. I'm assuming this class will be about several different programs on the computer including Microsoft Office and different websites.
A blog that I found that interests me is the blog on the St. Louis Cardinals. Every piece that is written inside the blog is very interesting and keeps my reading. The most recent segment on the blog is about how the players from this years World Series roster visit Barack Obama at the White House.
